COURSE DESCRIPTION

Values must protect life and are dignity for self and fellow human beings. The great moral values, such as truth, freedom, charity, etc., have one thing in common. When they are functioning correctly, they are life protecting or life enhancing for all. Being ethical is imperative because morality protects life and is respectful of others – all others. It is a lifestyle that is consistent with mankind’s universal values of human equality and inalienable right to life. In organizations employees conforming to such paradigms of ethics and values are preferred as they are far more productive and are able to successfully build teams and achieve goals.
